Refund Policy

Summary

We offer full refunds before your lab requisition is sent to LabCorp, Quest, or any partner laboratory. Once the requisition is dispatched, the order is non-refundable.

Eligible refunds

  • You may request a full refund any time before we send the lab requisition. Most requisitions are dispatched within one business day of payment.
  • If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason (e.g. our partner lab declines the panel), we will issue a full refund automatically and notify you by email.
  • If you were charged in error or for a duplicate order, contact us and we will process the refund within five business days.

Non-refundable orders

  • Once a requisition has been sent to LabCorp, Quest, or the partner lab, the order is fulfilled from our side and is not refundable, even if you choose not to attend your draw appointment.
  • We are not able to refund missed walk-ins, no-shows, or specimens rejected by the lab for reasons outside our control (e.g. patient preparation, location closures).
  • Provider review fees included in your order are also non-refundable once the review has been completed.

How to request a refund

Email us at dt@regener8now.com with your order ID and the reason for the request. We respond within one business day. Approved refunds appear on your card statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
